I do have this yarn that is a little more tightly spun

It is a lovely soft and creamy white and a 3/1 size... 300 yards per 100gr skein  $14/skein

                                                 

This yarn dyes beautifully and knits!!!

  

DK  weight        

I can't believe this yarn. It is so gorgeous! This is single ply Mulberry silk...the pictures can not do it justice.  It has such a wonderful luster!  It is all the natural color.  You can use your imagination and dye this wonderful yarn or use it in it's natural nearly white state.  Some of the pictures look more like Tussah but it's not, it's pure  Mulberry silk. 

It comes in skeins of approximately 3.5 to 4 ounces (100grams)

   This is a girls kimono sweater knit by Meredith  with the DK

 

New single ply silk on cones! the same 2.5/1 DK weight  

I will be happy to wind off what you need if you want it in a ball or smaller cone.

                                                     

 

     DK weight, (22st/4")   (about 4 stitches per inch on size 5 needles)

 The quality and luster of this yarn is incredible.   

SILK is one of my favorite fibers in the world. It breathes, it has a life of it's own, it repels body odor . Why pay exorbitant prices for synthetics when you can now afford to wear the best!!!  Wash my silks in the machine gently in cold water and you can throw them in the dryer as well.

 These are incredible prices for such great quality.
